About The Position

The Professional Services Program Manager, Strategic Enterprise Implementation, owns the day-to-day operating cadence for a single, large-scale, multi-site enterprise implementation program. The program spans dozens of locations, multiple rollout phases, and a multi-year timeline. The manager drives stakeholder engagement, tracks dates and milestones, runs meetings, maintains risk and action-item logs, and routes blockers to the appropriate internal teams to keep the program moving and aligned.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in program or project coordination, implementation management, or customer-facing delivery roles in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-phase programs at scale, including hundreds of sites or locations, without owning the underlying technical work.
  • A track record of keeping large, cross-functional efforts aligned and moving, spotting drift early, and re-rallying teams around program goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical or commercial details into clear updates for varied audiences.
  • Comfort engaging with technical topics such as system integrations, data migration, identity/SSO, and payment processing at a coordination and escalation level, without directly building solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering to keep a program unblocked.
  • Must reside in a U.S. state that does not currently mandate salary disclosure in job postings; candidates residing in California or other states with active pay transparency laws will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recurring program meeting cadence, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-through for core team check-ins, working groups, and leadership reviews.
  • Take and distribute meeting notes, ensuring decisions and commitments are captured and visible to stakeholders.
  • Maintain the master roadmap and milestone tracker, including phase dates, go-live targets, and dependencies.
  • Keep shared program documentation, including trackers, plans, contracts in progress, and status pages, accurate and up to date.
  • Keep internal and customer-side workstreams oriented around shared outcomes and goals.
  • Monitor progress against the plan across hundreds of concurrent or sequenced venues and identify slowdowns before they compound.
  • Realign teams when priorities shift, dates slip, or workstreams drift from the agreed plan.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners and the customer’s team across program phases and rollout waves.
  • Build and sustain engagement with customer-side contacts across large, often multi-entity organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates and executive summaries for customer and internal leadership audiences.
  • Maintain a living risk and blocker log and proactively flag items that threaten timeline, scope, or sentiment.
  • Track open action items to closure, follow up with owners, and escalate when dates slip.
  • Determine which issues can be resolved within the program and which require technical, commercial, or legal escalation, then route escalations to the appropriate owner.
  • Route technical blockers, including integrations, data migration, identity/access, and payment processing, to Product and Engineering with relevant context.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Legal on contract and scoping timelines that affect program sequencing.
  • Flag program risks that require leadership visibility or decisions beyond the program manager’s authority.
  • Own recurring internal and customer-facing executive reporting for the program.
  • Deliver internal executive updates on scope, timeline, risk, and sentiment to support timely decisions and assistance.
  • Deliver customer-facing executive summaries that maintain trust while communicating risks.
  • Tailor communications to each audience while keeping underlying facts consistent.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for program status for customer and internal leadership reference.
