The Professional Services Intern supports implementation consultants who deliver digital products to mortgage servicing clients. The intern helps keep projects organized, tested, and documented from kickoff through the handoff to client support. The ICE Internship Program combines hands-on project work with career and professional development. Interns build connections, strengthen interpersonal skills, and attend weekly sessions led by industry leaders. They also connect with fellow interns and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The internship is full-time, five days a week, at ICE’s Jacksonville office for the full duration of one of the two designated program schedules: May 24, 2027–August 6, 2027, or June 7, 2027–August 20, 2027. Partial participation and alternate dates cannot be accommodated. Candidates select their preferred session during the application process.
