About The Position

The Facilities Intern will assist with administrative assignments and efficiency initiatives while helping expand the Facilities team’s knowledge of technology applications. This is a paid, onsite internship with an in-person schedule set by management. Summer housing is not provided.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Great work ethic and attention to detail.
• Comfort working across time zones to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Submit a resume and a copy of the most recent unofficial transcript with the application.
• Satisfactory completion of required background screening, including at minimum fingerprinting for a criminal background check and education and employment verification.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AI programs.
• Experience with report-writing software and tools such as Power BI.
• A major in Building or Building Management.
