About The Position

The 2027 Summer Internship Program combines department work with an intern team challenge. Interns work closely with a defined team to provide departmental support, spending approximately 32–36 hours per week on department work and 4 hours per week on a cross-functional intern business challenge.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled as a college sophomore, junior, or senior in a relevant degree program, with foundational knowledge in the corresponding field of study.
• Have strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and contribute in corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally in a time-sensitive environment.
• Have a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the assigned team to provide support in the department.
• Participate in the cross-functional intern business challenge for approximately 4 hours per week.
