About The Position

Flexjet is seeking motivated and driven individuals for its 10-week Summer Internship Program at Flexjet Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. Interns are placed in a department aligned with their career interests and partnered with a dedicated mentor. Departments may include Sales, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Flight Operations, and others. Interns contribute to projects that affect the business and service excellence while gaining hands-on experience and professional skills.

The program includes professional-development workshops, aviation-industry and business-acumen learning, social and networking events, job shadowing, hands-on departmental projects, and a capstone project completed with fellow interns and presented to Flexjet leadership. The program is guided by the principles that employees are the foundation of a service company, attention to detail is essential, and relationships should be approached for the long term.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the assigned department on projects that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Shadow a mentor and other team members to learn about their day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations on assigned projects.
• Participate in department meetings, cross-functional collaborations, and leadership discussions.
• Work with other interns on a capstone project, networking events, and professional-development activities.
