About The Position

Flexjet is offering a 10-week Summer Internship Program at its Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. This program provides motivated individuals with hands-on experience, professional skill development, and the chance to work with industry leaders in private aviation. Interns will be placed in departments aligned with their career interests, such as Sales, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Flight Operations. They will work on meaningful projects, participate in educational workshops, social events, a capstone project, and job shadowing. The program is built on Flexjet's core principles: employees as the foundation, fanatical attention to detail, and a long-term approach to relationships.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your assigned department on projects that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Shadow your mentor and other team members to gain insight into day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations on assigned projects.
• Participate in department meetings, cross-functional collaborations, and leadership discussions.
• Engage with other interns in capstone project work, networking events, and professional development activities.
