About The Position

The Professional Recruiter II independently recruits, sources, pipelines, and screens best-fit candidates for hard-to-fill positions throughout OSF HealthCare. The role develops thorough knowledge of assigned job categories and serves as a consultant to hiring leaders while building and maintaining relationships with external and internal partners. The recruiter develops comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategies to identify candidates aligned with department goals and business initiatives. The position also serves as an OSF brand ambassador and subject matter expert for assigned job categories at various events.

This is a remote position for applicants residing within 60 miles of an OSF location. Initial training takes place onsite in Peoria, Illinois. The role is salaried, with expected pay of $33.52–$39.44 per hour; actual pay is determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience using social media and job boards to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• At least 3 years of previous recruitment experience.
