About The Position

PDX Movers is looking for hard-working Movers and Crew Leaders to join our team. Whether you are brand new to the moving industry or an experienced Lead looking for a better crew, we have a spot for you—no driving required. We offer clear starting pay tiers: Entry-Level Mover starts at $17.00/hr base pay, and Lead 1 – Lead 3 ranges from $18.00 – $21.50/hr base pay based on moving experience and leadership capabilities. There is also an opportunity for a Driver Premium, which offers an instant $2.50/hr pay bump if you meet the driver eligibility criteria.

Requirements

Availability: Full-time roles require open availability (Monday–Sunday).
Physical Stamina: This is heavy-lifting, physical work (100+ lbs, stairs, active movement all day).
Screenings: Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) codes.
Reliability: Shifts start at 7:30 AM sharp. We need dependable team players who show up ready to work.
