About The Position

All Service Moving is hiring full-time Movers, Drivers, and Crew Leads in Lynnwood. Team members load and unload customers’ belongings safely, transport goods by moving truck when required, and provide efficient, attentive moving services. Crew Leads coordinate the work of a moving team, while all employees communicate with clients and follow company safety protocols and policies. The listed pay, including base pay and average tips, is up to $28.13 per hour for Movers, $30.13 for Crew Leads, $31.13 for Drivers, and $33.13 for Driver/Crew Leads. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Full-time availability Monday through Saturday.
Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, two years of U.S. driving experience, a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old.
Crew Leads must have at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in moving, driving, or logistics is preferred for Driver and Crew Lead positions.

Responsibilities
