About The Position

All Service Moving is hiring a full-time Mover/Driver/Crew Lead in Portland. The role involves safely loading and unloading items, transporting goods by moving truck for Driver and Crew Lead positions, and, for Crew Leads, coordinating a team of movers. Employees communicate with clients, follow safety protocols and company policies, and help provide efficient moving services. Movers do not need prior experience; relevant moving, driving, or logistics experience is preferred for Driver and Crew Lead positions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Full-time availability Monday through Saturday.
Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license, at least two years of U.S. driving experience, a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old.
Crew Leads must have at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in moving, driving, or logistics is preferred for Driver and Crew Lead positions.

Responsibilities
