About The Position

The Non-CDL Driver / Crew Lead Mover drives company moving trucks and leads a moving crew to ensure each move runs smoothly and customers receive a positive experience. The role combines team leadership with hands-on work packing, loading, unloading, and moving furniture and other heavy items. The Crew Lead serves as the company’s representative on each job, keeps the crew organized and on track, and ensures items are handled safely and professionally. Each day can bring different challenges, requiring practical problem-solving, organization, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day.
• Hardworking, dependable, and ready to take initiative.
• Ability to work with people and lead a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive company moving trucks; a CDL is not required.
• Lead, motivate, and organize the moving crew.
• Work hands-on to pack, load, unload, and move furniture and other heavy items.
• Represent the company to customers and help ensure they feel confident and receive a great experience.
• Keep the crew on track and ensure items are handled safely and professionally.
• Think on your feet and solve problems as they arise.
