About The Position

All Service Moving is hiring full-time Movers, Drivers, Crew Leads, and people serving in combined Driver/Crew Lead roles in the Seattle/Tukwila area. Team members help provide residential and commercial moving services, including safely handling and transporting customers’ belongings. Drivers and Crew Leads drive moving trucks, while Crew Leads coordinate the moving team. Compensation, including average tips, is listed as up to $32.65 per hour for Movers, $33.65 for Crew Leads, $34.65 for Drivers, and $36.65 for Driver/Crew Leads. Tips and bonuses may be up to $500 per week. All Service Moving was founded in 2004 and has expanded across Oregon, Washington, California, and Arizona. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
Full-time availability Monday through Saturday.
Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license, two years of U.S. driving experience, a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old.
Crew Leads must have at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Prior experience in moving, driving, or logistics is preferred for Driver and Crew Lead positions.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload items from trucks while preventing damage.
Drive moving trucks to transport goods to their destination in a timely manner, for Driver and Crew Lead positions.
Lead a team of movers, coordinate tasks, and help ensure efficient moving services.
Communicate with clients to understand their moving needs and address concerns.
Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
