About The Position

All Service Moving is hiring a full-time Mover, Driver, or Crew Lead in Phoenix. The role involves safely loading and unloading items, transporting goods by moving truck when applicable, coordinating a moving crew for leadership positions, and communicating with clients about their moving needs. Full-time availability Monday through Saturday is required. Drivers and Crew Leads may need prior moving, driving, or logistics experience; Movers do not need prior experience. Compensation varies by role and includes base pay plus average tips: Movers can earn up to $26.15 per hour, Crew Leads up to $28.15, Drivers up to $29.15, and Driver/Crew Leads up to $31.15. Tips and bonuses may reach up to $500 per week. All Service Moving was founded in 2004 and has expanded across Oregon, Washington, California, and Arizona. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Full-time availability Monday through Saturday.
Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license, at least two years of U.S. driving experience, a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old.
Crew Leads must have at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in moving, driving, or logistics is preferred for Driver and Crew Lead positions.
No prior experience is necessary for Movers.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload items from trucks without damaging them.
Drive moving trucks to transport goods to their destinations in a timely manner when working as a Driver or Crew Lead.
