About The Position

All Service Moving is hiring a full-time Mover/Driver/Crew Lead in Beaverton. The role involves moving customers’ belongings safely and providing timely, customer-focused service. Depending on the position, employees load and unload items, drive moving trucks, and lead a team of movers. Movers do not need prior experience; driver and crew lead candidates must meet the additional requirements listed below.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Full-time availability Monday through Saturday.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Drivers: valid driver’s license, at least two years of U.S. driving experience, a clean driving record, and minimum age of 21.
• Crew Leads: at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in moving, driving, or logistics is preferred for Driver and Crew Lead positions.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload items from trucks, preventing damage during the move.
• Drive moving trucks to transport goods to their destinations in a timely manner for Driver and Crew Lead positions.
• Lead a team of movers, coordinating tasks to provide efficient moving services.
• Communicate with clients to understand their moving needs and address concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
