Professional Liability Attorney
About The Position
The Phoenix, Arizona office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice. The practice includes attorneys across the firm’s nationwide offices and represents professionals and organizations in professional liability matters, either through direct engagement or retention by their insurance carriers. Clients include accountants, architects and engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals, financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts and municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate professionals, and securities brokers. The firm is also interested in developing attorneys with strong litigation skills and a demonstrated interest in professional liability law. Requirements
- Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- At least two years of experience; candidates with up to fifteen years of experience are considered.
- Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in professional liability law are relevant for developing attorneys.

Responsibilities
- Defend professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, legal malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers.
