About The Position

The Orange County, California office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice. The role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced trial team in Real Estate and Personal Injury defense. The practice represents a range of professionals and organizations, including accountants, architects and engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals, financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts and municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate professionals, and securities brokers. Candidates with professional liability experience are preferred, though attorneys with substantive litigation experience, a demonstrated interest in professional liability law, and strong skills in another litigation area are also encouraged to apply. The position is based in the firm's Orange County office and is identified as hybrid.

Requirements

Admission to the California Bar is required.
Strong research and writing skills.
At least one to seven years of experience defending professional liability claims is sought.
Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in professional liability law are relevant qualifications.
