Professional House Cleaner
About The Position
The Professional House Cleaner cleans customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and established processes, aiming to deliver a positive customer experience. The position works as part of a team in a variety of home environments. Employees report to the company office in Kirkwood, Missouri each morning and use a company car while working. The employer provides the car, required insurance, cleaning equipment and supplies, appointments, uniform, and training. No cleaning experience is required. The role offers a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience, work quality, and pace; the posting also states that employees may earn up to $1,000 per week and may receive tips. Pay is weekly. Team leads who drive are responsible for their team’s schedule and safe transportation, basic equipment maintenance, and ensuring the vehicle is stocked with appropriate housekeeping supplies. The franchise owner—not Molly Maid SPV LLC or its affiliates—is the employer and is responsible for its own wage and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Be available Monday through Friday during the day, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- No cleaning experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and established processes.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- For team leads driving the company vehicle, manage the team’s schedule and drive the team safely.
- For team leads, maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
