Professional House Cleaner
About The Position
The Professional House Cleaner cleans customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards, following the company’s process to provide a positive customer experience. Employees work on a team, communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, and may earn tips. The company provides training, appointments, cleaning supplies, equipment, a uniform, and a company car for work. Employees must report to the office in Kirkwood, Missouri each morning. The role offers a stable, consistent weekday daytime schedule, advancement opportunities, and compensation based on experience, work quality, and speed. Pay is listed as $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour and the ability to earn up to $1,000 per week; pay is weekly. Team leads who drive the company vehicle have additional scheduling, driving, and equipment responsibilities.
Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Be available Monday through Friday during the day, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow the company’s cleaning process.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- As a team lead, manage the team’s schedule and safely drive the team in the company vehicle.
- As a team lead, maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
