Professional House Cleaner
About The Position
The Professional House Cleaner cleans customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards, following the company’s process to provide a positive customer experience. The role involves working on a team, communicating with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, and performing physical housekeeping work in a variety of home environments. No experience is required; training, cleaning supplies, equipment, appointments, a uniform, and a company car for use while working are provided. Employees report to the office in Kirkwood, Missouri each morning. The position offers a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour and a stated pay range of $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per week and tips. Pay is weekly and depends on experience, quality, and speed of work. Team leads who drive the company vehicle also manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, maintain basic cleaning equipment, and ensure the car is stocked with appropriate supplies.
Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Be available Monday through Friday during the day, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car, particularly for team lead duties.
Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow the company’s cleaning process.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- For team leads: manage the team’s schedule and drive the team safely in the company vehicle.
- For team leads: maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
