Professional House Cleaner
About The Position
The Professional House Cleaner cleans customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards, following the company’s process to provide a positive customer experience. The role involves working on a team, communicating with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, and performing physical housekeeping tasks in different homes. The employer provides training, appointments, a uniform, cleaning supplies, equipment, and a company car for use while working. Team leads who drive the company vehicle also manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, perform basic cleaning-equipment maintenance, and ensure the vehicle is stocked with appropriate supplies. This is a full-time, daytime position based at an office in Kirkwood, Missouri, where employees must report each morning. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Pay is $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, work quality, and speed. The posting also describes a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour, the possibility of earning up to $1,000 per week, weekly pay, and tips. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car may enable employees to earn more. Advancement opportunities are available, and the company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Be available to work Monday through Friday during the day, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- For team leads, maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
