About The Position
Professional House Cleaners clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow the company’s process to deliver consistent customer service. The employer provides training, appointments, a uniform, cleaning supplies, equipment, and a company car for use while working. Employees must report to the office in Kirkwood, Missouri each morning. The role involves working on a team and in a variety of home environments. Team leads who drive the company vehicle also manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, maintain basic cleaning equipment, and ensure the car is stocked with the appropriate housekeeping supplies. Compensation includes a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour, with a stated pay range of $16.00–$25.00 per hour depending on experience, work quality, and speed; the posting also says employees may earn up to $1,000 per week and tips, and are paid weekly. The franchise owner is the employer and is solely responsible for its wage and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Be available Monday through Friday during the day, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- For team leads driving the company vehicle, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
- For team leads, maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
