Professional House Cleaner
About The Position
Molly Maid franchise owner is hiring a full-time Professional House Cleaner. Employees report to the office in Kirkwood, Missouri each morning and use a company car while working. The employer provides the car, required insurance, cleaning equipment and supplies, training, appointments, and a uniform. No prior experience is required; the company teaches its cleaning process. The role offers a stable schedule, advancement opportunities, and compensation based on experience, work quality, and pace, with a guaranteed minimum wage of $16 per hour and the possibility of earning up to $1,000 per week. The stated hourly pay range is $16 to $25, and pay is weekly. Team leads who drive a company vehicle may earn more. The work is performed on a team in customers’ homes and involves cleaning to Molly Maid standards, communicating professionally with customers, and performing physical housekeeping tasks. Team leads also manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, maintain basic cleaning equipment, and ensure the vehicle is stocked with appropriate supplies. The schedule is Monday through Friday during the day, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; no nights, weekends, or holidays are required. The position is with an independent Molly Maid franchise owner, not Molly Maid SPV LLC or its affiliates. If hired, the franchise owner is the employee’s employer and is responsible for its own wage and benefit programs, which may vary by franchise.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Be available Monday through Friday during the day, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow the company’s process.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- As a team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive the team safely in the company vehicle.
- As a team lead, perform basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the vehicle is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
