About The Position

Dolphin Transportation Specialists is hiring experienced professional chauffeurs and CDL drivers for shuttle service in the Naples, Florida area, with vehicles normally dispatched from Naples. The company operates a fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs, executive vans, mini coaches, and motor coaches, serving luxury resorts, colleges and universities, hotels, and cruise ports throughout Florida.

This is a 24-hour, 365-day operation that runs seven days a week. Schedules vary according to business needs and reservations and may include morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening shifts. Chauffeurs are expected to work two weekends per month and interact with passengers while loading and unloading luggage. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of chauffeur experience.
• Obtain a DOT medical card.
• Have a clean driving record with no more than 3 points.
• Be at least 25 years old.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol tests.
• Be able to lift luggage.
• Be adaptive and flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Fluent English is preferred.

• A nice personality and fluent English are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle and other transportation services for passengers.
• Interact with passengers and provide customer service.

• Interpret and follow maps and dispatch instructions.
