About The Position
This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course ADM4750M, "Évaluation d'entreprises" (Business Valuation), during the Winter 2027 semester at the Telfer School of Management. The course focuses on the analysis of securities, financial statements, free cash flows, valuation of marketable securities, relative valuation, and business value enhancement strategies. The course will be delivered in person.
Requirements
- Must have an MBA or a Master's degree (preferably a Doctorate) in a field related to business valuation.
- Must demonstrate recent professional experience in the course's subject area.
- Must have a passive competence in a second language.
Responsibilities
- Teach the course "Évaluation d'entreprises" (ADM4750M).
- Deliver the course in person.
- Analyze securities, financial statements, free cash flows, and marketable securities.
- Conduct relative valuation and business value enhancement strategies.
