This position is for two sections of a French as a Second Language (FSL) course (FLS 2581 R00 and S00) associated with a 3-credit course in a given discipline (PSY 1501). The course is taken in French by non-francophone students. The objective is to develop second language comprehension skills (listening and reading) and to help students assimilate the subject matter of the discipline. Exam answers can be submitted in English or French in the discipline course, but only in French in the language courses. In addition to teaching the language course, the FLS professor must also follow the discipline course: PSY 1501 B00 on Tuesdays from 17:30 to 18:50 and Thursdays from 17:30 to 18:50, taught in person. Students may be enrolled in sections B00 or C00 of PSY 1501.
