About The Position

Adelante is hiring a Production Worker to support large-scale mailing, packaging, and production operations for a variety of customers and contracts. The role works within a dedicated, team-focused production environment and helps move projects efficiently from start to finish. Employees may work in different production areas depending on business needs.

This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday evening-shift position from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pay starts at $17.83 per hour. A $1,250 hiring bonus is offered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with internal and external customers.
• Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must pass a background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Effective verbal communication and writing skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, push, pull, bend, and stoop frequently.

• One year of work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and organize materials for production contracts.
• Maintain quality and production standards.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Load, unload, move, and organize supplies and materials.
• Assist with inventory and proper use of equipment.
• Support facility cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work in different production areas depending on business needs.
• Help train and support team members when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
