About The Position

McKee Foods is hiring a Production Trainee at its Gentry, Arkansas location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Trainee works on a high-speed production line to help package and inspect snack cakes and support efficient, precise production. The schedule is third shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and the position is on-site at Plant 3.

Responsibilities

Assist with packaging and inspecting finished food products.
Package unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrappers.
Place wrapped snack cakes into cartons.
Fill cases with cartons of snack cakes.
Arrange cases on pallets for shipment according to specified stacking patterns.
Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and troubleshoot issues.
Follow production schedules and meet production quotas.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
