About The Position

The Production Team Member works as part of a team performing multiple duties in the production of fenestration products. Assigned teams and tasks may vary based on business necessity. The role involves operating and adjusting equipment according to production orders, meeting safety, quality, production, and takt-time requirements, and working with moving equipment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:50 p.m. to 2:20 a.m., with overtime on Friday and no Saturdays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Pass a drug screen, pre-work ability screen, and pre-employment tests.
Work in a team environment and communicate concisely, politely, and respectfully.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Adaptability and troubleshooting ability.
Analytical skills.
Ability to use measurement devices and apply mathematics.
Meet the listed physical requirements, including lifting, pushing or pulling products, handling products, standing and walking, and performing repetitive tasks for up to 12 hours per day.
