About The Position
JBS Prepared Foods is hiring a second-shift Production Hourly employee in Booneville, Mississippi. The role involves manufacturing products to the specifications for the assigned work area, completing required safety and food safety/GMP training, and assisting with product reconditioning as directed. The position is in a start-up environment supported by a global consumer packaged goods company. The work takes place in a refrigerated environment, with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F, and involves extended standing, repetitive motion, and a fast-paced production setting. Employees must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work overtime as assigned, and work Monday through Saturday. Starting wages are $18.20 per hour.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

- Ability to work overtime as assigned.

- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
