About The Position

Broadridge is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Coppell location. The role ensures client Service Level Agreements are met cost-efficiently, prioritizes production-floor client mailings to meet SEC and contractual requirements, monitors production lines to maximize throughput and control labor costs, and coordinates resources across departments while maintaining high quality standards. The supervisor oversees production-floor labor and training, assigns work to machines, and plans staffing to match workflow and volume. The role also coordinates cross-training, shift handoffs, parts inventory, and preventative maintenance scheduling with Operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure Operators receive appropriate technical, quality, and ISO training.
Oversee production-floor labor to ensure efficient operations.
Use outside temporary staffing agencies to adjust labor levels as volume changes.
Assign work to machines to minimize downtime and ensure appropriate jobs are run on the right equipment.
Monitor and maximize machine throughput.
Cross-train Production Operations associates to reduce labor costs and place associates on appropriate equipment.
Plan, monitor, and schedule labor to match workflow and volume needs.
Prepare the following shift to operate efficiently and communicate priorities verbally and through daily email turnovers.
Monitor parts inventory by setting minimum and maximum limits and working with parts vendors as needed.
Coordinate a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment with Operations to maximize efficiency and throughput.
Ensure client Service Level Agreements are met cost-efficiently.
Prioritize client mailings on the production floor to meet SEC and contractual requirements.
Coordinate resources among departments while maintaining high quality standards.
