About The Position

Broadridge is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Coppell location. The role is responsible for meeting client Service Level Agreements in a cost-efficient manner, prioritizing client mailings to meet SEC and contractual requirements, monitoring production lines to maximize throughput and control labor costs, and coordinating resources across departments while maintaining high quality standards. The supervisor oversees production-floor labor, training, scheduling, equipment use, inventory, and shift handoffs. The position works with outside temporary staffing agencies as production volume changes and coordinates with Operations and vendors to support equipment maintenance and parts availability.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure all Operators receive appropriate technical, quality, and ISO training.
Oversee production-floor labor to help ensure efficient operations; use outside temporary staffing agencies to adjust staffing as volume dictates.
Assign work to machines to minimize downtime, ensure jobs are placed on appropriate machines, and monitor and maximize machine throughput.
Cross-train associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs and place associates on appropriate equipment.
Plan, monitor, and schedule labor to match workflow volume needs.
Prepare the following shift to operate efficiently and communicate priorities verbally and through daily email turnovers.
Monitor parts inventory by setting minimum and maximum limits and working with parts vendors as needed.
Coordinate a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment with Operations to support efficient operation.
Prioritize client mailings and coordinate production resources to meet client Service Level Agreements, SEC and contractual requirements, and quality standards while controlling costs.
