About The Position
The Production Supervisor oversees associates and leads in the Service Bureau production department, coordinating workflow and responsibilities. The role is responsible for equipment functionality, maintenance and repairs, and maintaining accurate materials inventory so production needs are met. It is an on-site, third-shift position working Monday through Friday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Five years of related experience in the production or printing industry.
- At least five years of previous supervisory experience.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with an ERP software system.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Service Bureau associates and leads, coordinating workflow and responsibilities.
- Oversee Service Bureau equipment and its upkeep; keep work areas safe, clean, and in good condition.
- Maintain ERP programs to accurately enter and release inventory items; research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate material movement with other departments and verify outgoing shipments for errors.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop department staff; conduct performance reviews and suggest procedural improvements.
