Production Painter (Bilingual English/Spanish)
About The Position
Top Metal Solutions is seeking experienced and dependable individuals to join our team as a Production Painter. This position is ideal for candidates with industrial painting experience who can maintain consistent quality, support production goals, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Painter, you will play a key role in wet paint and powder coat operations involving metal components, fabricated assemblies, and production materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in finish quality, and the ability to maintain production efficiency with minimal supervision. Requirements
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Experience with wet paint and/or powder coat systems required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Good attendance and reliability
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience with industrial wet paint and/or powder coat applications
- Ability to maintain consistent finish quality in a production environment
- Basic understanding of paint preparation and mixing procedures
- Ability to identify visual paint defects and surface inconsistencies
- Familiarity with paint guns, spray equipment, and paint booth operations
Responsibilities
- Apply wet paint and powder coat finishes to metal components and assemblies
- Prepare paint mixtures and production materials as required
- Maintain consistent paint quality and production efficiency
- Detect and correct basic finish defects and inconsistencies
- Identify visible paint defects such as runs, sags, or insufficient coverage
- Work efficiently within production timelines and schedules
- Perform basic cleaning of paint guns and paint booths at the end of each shift
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all paint procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Support overall paint department workflow and production needs
