About The Position

This internship supports the Installations, Logistics, and Manufacturing (ILM) Business Unit at the Production Facility in Ogden, UT. The intern will assist with operational tasks and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing, inventory systems, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal guidance
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Valid driver's license is required for insurance purposes.

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship or coursework related to manufacturing, operations, or data analysis is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Work with in-house developers to improve and troubleshoot ERP/MRP system
• Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Enter and maintain data in ERP/MRP systems
• Generate and analyze operational reports
• Support estimating and quoting tasks
• Assist with BOM creation from engineering drawings
• Support purchasing and order tracking
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
