About The Position
Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced reverse logistics manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse environment. The role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance, while leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The manager will lead and mentor a team of 18–25 associates, deploy Lean Manufacturing principles, meet client performance metrics, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a leadership position.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above.
- Ability and interest in employee coaching and development.
- Mindset to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
