About The Position

Macatawa Bank, part of Wintrust Financial Corporation, is hiring a Relationship Banker for the Riley Branch in Holland, Michigan. The role builds and retains customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services. It combines relationship banking with teller responsibilities, including serving customers in the lobby and drive-up, opening and maintaining accounts, and helping customers use digital products. The banker also identifies potential fraud and other risks, may open or close the bank depending on the shift, and supports community and bank events. The estimated hourly rate is $22.00–$28.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus; actual pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
High school diploma or GED.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships, discover financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with specialists.
Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby and drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
Depending on the shift, be responsible for opening or closing the bank.
Help support community and bank events.
