Production Mail Service Specialist - Mail/Copy/Scan
About The Position
IST Management Services is hiring a full-time Production Mail Service Specialist for a direct-hire role in Earth City, Missouri, in the St. Louis area. The position performs high-volume mail scanning and production work in a customer-focused, production environment. Work hours fall Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The role includes professional training, skill enhancement, and opportunities for advancement. College graduates may qualify for a fast-track plan to management. Cell phones are not allowed in the production area, and free parking is available onsite.
Requirements
- Access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Windows environment PC skills.
- Ability to work effectively individually or in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- A college degree is a plus and may allow a fast-track plan to management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Operate high-volume mail-opening and scanning equipment.
- Help print and assemble large outbound mailings daily.
- Remain flexible in meeting customer demands in a high-volume production environment.
- Consistently follow business procedure guidelines.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
