About The Position

Willamette Graystone, part of The QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, is hiring a Production Laborer at its Wood Village, Oregon facility. The role supports the manufacturing of concrete products through equipment operation and upkeep, material handling, form setup, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The work takes place in a non-climate-controlled environment and involves working around industrial machinery. Applicants may be required to pass a drug screen and pre-employment testing.

Requirements

Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Understanding of safety compliance.
Comfort working around industrial machinery.
May be contingent on passing a drug screen and pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift.
Use hand tools.
Follow safety procedures and protocols, including wearing appropriate protective gear.
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
Load and unload materials and supplies.
Set up forms in the concrete-products manufacturing process.
Handle and move production materials.
Follow quality-control standards to help ensure high-quality concrete products.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management in any area.
