Assignments are based on the positions needed for the upcoming week. Work may be in the Debone plant at 1298 Peeples Street, including the Coneline department, or in the DSI department. The Coneline department involves repetitive hand motions on a fast-paced production line, including using knives to cut shoulders, pull breast meat, cut wings, and cut tenders.
