Supervising production floor workers and fabricators. This position is contingent upon funding.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and three years of experience; OR an Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and seven years of relevant experience; OR a High School diploma / General Education Development (GED) diploma and nine years of relevant experience
At least two of those years must be in production facility management
Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating incoming work schedules and resources for successful completion
Demonstrated experience in planning, preparing, issuing, and controlling production schedules to meet production requirements
Demonstrated experience coordinating the schedule of equipment and personnel with the receipt of material procurements, identifying material shortages and assessing the impact on schedule
Demonstrated experience providing upper-level management with the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems
U.S. Citizenship
U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret Level
Nice To Haves
Previous experience as a production supervisor at Government production / fabrication facilities at NAVAIR, Patuxent River, MD or NAWCAD WOLF, St. Inigoes, MD
