About The Position

The Production Associate is an entry-level bakery role and a member of the production team, focused on safely and consistently producing high-quality baked products. The role involves operating machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and moving or stacking materials and equipment. Associates examine products for specification compliance, help prevent and reduce waste, and complete required company training and audits while maintaining good manufacturing practices, food safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stack and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, and similar items.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a warm environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
