About The Position

The Production Associate is responsible for meeting the store’s production goals. The role involves pre-sorting, quality sorting, hanging, and tagging products for the sales floor. The associate also receives donations and incoming merchandise, maintains store cleanliness, follows safety and security procedures, and complies with company and store policies.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Successfully pass criminal background screening.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive product donations from donors.
• Determine which items are usable and saleable according to guidelines for acceptable donations.
• Meet production targets within specified time periods.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, and keeping hangers and racks orderly.
• Follow all required safety and security procedures.
• Comply with company and store policies and procedures, including opening and closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and timely, accurate completion of required paperwork.
• Receive and verify merchandise arriving at the location from the warehouse and vendors.
• Participate in training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
