Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

Study and interpret assembly instructions.
Listen to directions from supervisors.
Determine whether all parts are present.
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
Read parts lists.
Assemble tools and materials.
Position parts and subassemblies.
Assemble components.
Ensure all parts are fitted and screwed in properly.
Be certified in conformal coating.
Report assembly and production issues to a supervisor.
Document actions by completing production assembly records.
Ensure the working environment is clean and safe.
Report errors in the product line.
Complete quality control forms.
Participate in team meetings.
Build positive work relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Perform routine housekeeping to ensure the area operates within parameters that conform to environmental and safety standards.
Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and abide by safety rules.
