Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer product or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery. Product Folders are expected to maintain a clean work area. The role has performance-based incentive pay: the Garment Folder must meet or exceed the production standard, and additional compensation is tied to exceeding that standard. The position is full-time on the second shift. It requires standing for most of the shift and may involve repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching, and pushing carts or bins of product. Work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, with close proximity to other people for extended periods. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a folding station.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic and effort, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, and commitment to safety.
