About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer product or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain a clean work area. The position uses performance-based incentive pay: the employee must meet or exceed the garment-folding production standard, with additional compensation tied to exceeding standards. The role is regular, full-time, and scheduled for the second shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressure to complete work quickly.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions and stretch, bend, turn, or reach to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a folding station.
• Attention to detail, dependable work ethic, cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety are expected.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed established production standards for folding garments.
• Adhere to the attendance policy and safety rules and guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with others to achieve goals and support team decisions.
