About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually or mechanically folds customer products using an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded items, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. The role also requires maintaining a clean work area.

This position uses performance-based incentive pay. Employees are expected to meet or exceed production standards for folding garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. The position is full-time on the second shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen products to a folding station.
• Attention to detail, dependability, effort, cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
