About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer garments, linens, or bulk products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded products, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. The associate is expected to keep the work area clean. Pay includes a performance-based incentive: the associate must meet or exceed folding production standards, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a folding station.
• Attention to detail, dependable work ethic, cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
