Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support its Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery. The role also requires maintaining a clean work area. This position uses performance-based incentive pay. The employee must meet or exceed established production standards for folding garments, with additional hourly compensation available for exceeding those standards. The role is full-time on the second shift. Cintas describes the position as fast-paced and schedule-driven, with time pressures to complete work quickly and work in safe proximity to others for extended periods. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old. The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
