About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded items, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to keep their work area clean.

This position uses performance-based incentive pay. The employee must meet or exceed a production standard for folding garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding that standard. Employees must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old. They must follow the attendance policy and be willing to work near other people for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to the folding station.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, dependable work ethic and effort, cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety rules and guidelines.
