About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery. The position also requires maintaining a clean work area.

Pay is performance-based: the Garment Folder must meet or exceed production standards, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. Employees may earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance.

The role involves standing for most of the shift and repetitive movements, including stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. It may also require pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to the folding station. Employees must follow attendance and safety expectations and be willing to work near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
